Cornish Holiday Cottages is an independent, family-run business boasting the finest cottages and homes in the Falmouth and Helford River area of Cornwall. And yet it’s the team’s local knowledge and service standards that set them apart.

An effective tone of voice existed, but to capture and express all that makes them the go-to leader in the area, a more complete proposition and platform was needed.

I developed ‘At The Heart of Your Holiday’. As well as elevating the brand’s unique offer and value, I showed how the proposition could springboard new content. I also planned and wrote the website homepage, blending the new narrative with the existing tone.
